• Use of products and services such as self-service devices, flight status notification and online check-in

• Corporate-contract number, employer and/or other corporate affiliation (i.e. employer name, number, title, address and contact information)

In addition to obtaining your personal information, when you use our site, we may collect tracking information such as your browser type, the type of operating system you use, the name of your Internet service provider, and pages visited on the site. None of this information identifies you personally; we collect it for aggregate reporting on site activity. We Know Mexico use personally identifiable information to complete transactions and fulfill requests for our services. We Know Mexico requires you to provide personal information when making a reservation to purchase airline tickets, rent cars or book hotel rooms through a We Know Mexico reservations agent, travel agent, or other travel-related website. In addition to processing, confirming and fulfilling the travel services you request, We Know Mexico may use this data for administrative purposes such as accounting, billing and audits, credit card processing and verification, immigration and customs control, security, legal support, information systems maintenance and development, customer-relations correspondence. We also use this data to identify, develop and market products and services that we feel you will value.

Sharing of customer information

We Know Mexico do not sell any customer information or share your email address with third parties, unless required by law. However, we may disclose customer information to companies affiliated with We Know Mexico and/or unaffiliated third parties to fulfill the products and services you have requested. For example, we may disclose information you provide when booking your travel reservation to other airline carriers, hotels, rental car companies, travel agencies, and tour providers that are involved in fulfilling your travel requests. We may also provide this information to U.S. or other countries' tax, security and regulatory authorities, if required by law.

From time to time, we may send you offers, from affiliated We Know Mexico companies. In addition, we may provide information we collect about you to third-party vendors to distribute promotions, sweepstakes, marketing surveys, focus groups, interviews and other opportunities offered by We Know Mexico These third-party vendors are subject to stringent data security and confidentiality requirements and, upon completion of their fulfillment services, all customer information is returned to We Know Mexico or destroyed.

How You Can Correct and/or Limit Our Sharing Of Your Information

If you want We Know Mexico to keep all of your information confidential and not share it with any third party, please email your written request to We Know Mexico - or fax to: 619.474.0344 CST #2057506-50. Your request must include your name, phone number, and mailing address and must be signed. Please allow six weeks to process your request.
You can subscribe to or opt-out of We Know Mexico's email products. Updates and communications or email products for which you have subscribed.


Information Security is one of our highest priorities as We Know Mexico We limit access to personal information about you to those authorized employees and agents who need to know the information to provide products and services to you.
