RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
A minimum of $25.00 per person is required to hold your reservation. The price/availability of your reservation will not be guaranteed until full payment is received. Your reservation will be confirmed only when we receive the total fare. For reservations made 45 days or less prior to departure, the total is due at time of booking. Some service providers require a minimum deposit regardless of the total fare; your agent will inform you of the deposit amount in these special cases.
Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees from $25.00 up to the full cost of your stay. All cancellations will be processed at the time they are received and only if they are submitted in writing via fax, email or mail. After full or partial payment is received, a one night penalty will be assessed. If cancellation is requested between 8 and 30 days prior to departure, a two-night penalty will be assessed. If cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to scheduled departure date, there will be no refunds. All agency cancellation fees are in addition to applicable service provider fees (airline, hotel, etc.). Any refunds will be awarded after the scheduled departure/travel date. No refunds will be granted for Holiday Travel, Charter Flights, and/or Special Events and Promotions. Most Airline tickets are non refundable and non transferable; please consult with your travel agent prior to signing this form.
After initial deposit or full payment, any rescheduling that occurs more than 45 days prior to departure will be assessed a $25.00 fee, plus any applicable service provider fees (airline, hotel, etc.) If rescheduling occurs between 15 and 45 days prior to departure, an $85.00 fee will be assessed in addition to any applicable service provider fees. No rescheduling will be permitted within 14 days of departure. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the accommodation arrangements made on your behalf, it is your responsibility to get a written statement from the service provider advising early checkout. Only with the written statement will We Know Mexico make any refunds for the unused portion of your stay.
Full refund of total purchase amount will apply if cancellation protection has been purchased and notification is received in writing by fax, email or mail, 72 hours prior to departure date. "No show, No refund." We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. The Protection Plan does not apply for non-refundable published air tickets. All transportation and reservations will be carried out under the business management of We Know Mexico. We Know Mexico acts only as an agent for these services and is in no way to be considered the principal or operator. We Know Mexico, shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect or through the acts or omissions of any company or persons performing or rendering the services other than the packaging/ booking agent. All disputes and/or lawsuits will fall
